"A biscuit-worthy service." (Sept. 10, 2006)
QUALITIES OF LIFE: OPINIONATED SITE
If you're a pet owner with questions about a certain vet, groomer or pet store,
take a spin through petservicesreview .com.
Started earlier this year by south suburban resident Christine Hutman, the Web site
lets consumers post recommendations and comments about various pet services in the
Chicago area. Facilities are rated in categories such as cleanliness, customer service,
affordability (the icon for the highest rating is four dog biscuits; for the worst,
it's a tiny pile of poop).
There are 1,800 businesses in 31 industries on the site, according to Hutman. It's
free to use, although visitors must create a user name.
